The nefele balloon is starting its second «etap»! Following the realization of the 1st European Art Festival for Mental Health which took place in Athens from the 1st until the 16th of October 2016, its next stop will be the Constituent General Assembly of the European Network of Art Festivals for Mental Health. The assembly will take place in the second day of the NEFELE Conference, at the 27th and 28th of January 2017 in Athens.
